Mark
Howorth
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Howorth joined NMT as Chief Executive Officer in July
2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Howorth served as
a Partner at Bain & Co. in Los Angeles. Mr. Howorth joined
Bain & Company in 1987 and developed a specialized expertise
in entertainment and technology convergence through his work
with clients in the high technology, telecommunications and
distribution industries. Prior to his joining NMT as the CEO,
Mr. Howorth and his team at Bain & Company had been conducting
a strategy and operations study for NMT. Mr. Howorth holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated
with high honors and was recognized as a member of both Beta
Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds a Master of
Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Frank
Coll
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Coll joined NMT as its General Manager of California operations
in August of 1990. He was promoted to Vice President of the
Western Division in November of 1993, overseeing the Company's
operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Honolulu.
Currently his responsibilities have expanded to include NMT
operations in Texas, St. Louis and Orlando. Over the past
18 years Mr. Coll's experience in the mobile television business
has included management positions with VTE Mobile Television
Productions and the National Broadcasting Company. Mr. Coll
was awarded a B.S. in Communications with most high honors
in 1981 from The Ohio University.

Dave
Cooper
Senior Consultant
Dave Cooper, Senior Consultant. Mr. Cooper joined NMT as
a consultant in 1997 and is presently serving as Vice President
of Sales. Before this time he was with VTE as Sales and Special
Event Coordinator. Mr. Cooper has been an independent consultant
since 1990 and has served many clients including ESPN, CBS,
NBC along with building and maintaining several television
facilities around the country. Mr. Cooper has been in the
remote television business since 1964 serving most of those
years as an Engineer and later owning his own company, Video
Arts,Inc.out of Miami, Florida and Tele Video of Louisiana,
both mobile production facilities companies. Mr. Cooper attended
Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Cooper has been awarded 5
Emmy Awards in the, "Technical Team", category.

John Kemps
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Kemps began his career as an Engineer at NMT in 1997. He was recently promoted to Vice President of Engineering in July of 2005 and is responsible for all engineering and technology at NMT. Mr. Kemps held the position of Director of Engineering and previous to being in management was the EIC on one of NMT's best trucks and was involved in high profile events such as the World Series, X-Games, and the Academy Awards. Mr. Kemps has television degrees from the College of Marin and Napa Valley College and is SBE certified.

Kevin
Sublette
General Manager of East Coast Operations
Mr. Sublette started his career in the mobile industry as
a freelance camera, tape and video operator from 1981 thru
1987. In 1988 he joined the staff of LFI Productions as
the Office Manager in the St. Louis branch. During this
time his duties consisted of the overall responsibility
for operations, crewing and sales. His career was interrupted
with the call up for Desert Storm, where Mr. Sublette was
a captain in a reserve unit. While in Saudi Arabia, he received
a Bronze Star for leading crucial re-supply convoys into
Kuwait.In 1993 NMT purchased LFI Productions and since that
time Mr. Sublette has held various positions of Sales in
Cincinnati and General Manager in Minnesota. In 1995 he
was promoted to General Manager of the Los Angeles Branch,
the largest branch in the company. His role was expanded
to that of General Manger of the Western Division, and is
now the General Manager of East Coast Operations. He received
a BS in Television Broadcasting from Eastern New Mexico University.

Ryan
Hatch
V.P. Sales/General Manager
Mr. Hatch joined NMT Seattle in 1997 as an Operations Manager,
but quickly moved to Orlando in 1998 to open up our first
Southeastern office as the General Manager. He was promoted
to General Manager of the Gulf Coast Region in April of 2001
by effectively combining both NMT Orlando and Houston/Dallas
operations into one cohesive unit. Prior to his career at
NMT Mr. Hatch worked for 3rd Avenue Productions as an Account
Executive marketing production and edit facilities. Belo Productions
as Director of Operations and KIRO TV in their news department.
Mr. Hatch graduated with high honors from Washington State
University in 1988.

Bruce Murphy
Chief Financial Officer
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Economics and Accounting, Mr. Murphy began his career with Deloitte and Touche in Los Angeles in 1987. Mr. Murphy left Deloitte to become the Controller of the J.H. Snyder Company, a commercial and residential real estate developer, in Los Angeles. After 5 productive years at the Snyder Company Mr. Murphy left to become the CFO of Pacific EyeNet, Inc. a start-up physician practice management company. In 1996, Mr. Murphy joined Lorber Industries of California, a textile manufacturing company, as Controller ultimately being promoted to CFO as well as CEO. In 1999, Mr. Murphy became one of the founding members of Netfreight.com a start-up an internet based business to business freight brokerage. In 2000, Mr. Murphy joined American Classic Sanitation, LLC as CFO. American Classic was a start-up portable restroom and temporary site business. In 2004, Mr. Murphy guided the sale of American Classic Sanitation to United Site Services, Inc. a private equity backed consolidator of temporary service businesses across the United States. United Site Services, Inc. was ultimately purchased by DLF Merchant Bank in 2006. Mr. Murphy remained at United until joining National Mobile Television, Inc. as CFO in April 2007. |
